If you need to make a claim please obtain a claim form by telephoning or
writing to our claims handlers. Please note that for your claim to be considered
you must register this within 28 days of returning from you trip.
When contacting the claims company please ensure that you quote Optimum and your policy number that will start ET/AON (followed by your policy number)
